PowerGlide® 2.0 with Platinum™ Technology
This proprietary motorized lifting system combines both line-of-sight (using infrared technology) and "out-of-sight" control (using radio frequency technology) of your Hunter Douglas window coverings. Our PowerGlide® 2.0 motorized lifting system allows you to open and close the sheers and rotate the fabric vanes of your Luminette® Privacy Sheers or Alustra® Luminette Privacy Sheers. To use the 'point and press' method, simply point the remote at the satellite eye and press the UP or DOWN button. Or select a group (or groups) of window coverings to move together, even in multiple rooms. Simple wiring of the included parts is required at installation.

We also offer the PowerGlide® 2.0 with platinum technology for many of our custom blinds. The PowerGlide® 2.0 allows you to open and shut your blinds with the use of a remote control. In addition, you will have the ability to rotate the vanes with the remote so that you can have precise control over how much light you let in during the day and how much privacy you have at night. The PowerGlide® 2.0 also uses both infrared and wireless signals so that you have no difficulties controlling the blinds from any area of the room.
